I realize if you have read my posts, they seem to be repetative. That's because, in essense, they are. The reason for this, as I usually state, simplicity. The "misdirection" fed to us in the form of "generated" issues or "crisis" always revolve around... can you guess? That's right, MONEY. These issues always have a "price tag" attached to them. Why, you may or may not ask? Well, this is the very notion of why I started my blog. We are conditioned to the idea that government needs money to solve right and wrong. They "disguise" this with cites of "your best interest at heart", "freedom" and the more recent joke of english language-spin, "healthcare". It's very expensive to forcefully assert themselves into our lives you know.. so, in moving forward, being repetative has essentially conditioned/brainwashed us into these messes. The way out is to be repetative in the form of realizing the MESSAGE that most, if not all, of these issues revolve around their power, our "tax dollars".

"RIGHTS"

REFER to the 14th Amendment and it's Ratification, The 1954 national security Act and it's Ratification, The USA P.A.T.R.I.O.T. ACT and THEN,lets talk about the word "right". A “right,” in the traditional American meaning, laid out by the likes of Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and the other framers is something that exists by virtue of our humanity. "Rights" that are “inalienable” is what I refer to, and we are endowed with these "rights" by our creator. NO government or institution has the power to take away these rights, as defined by the Declaration of Independence. You exist, therefore these "rights" exist. In the CURRENT Government sense of the word, though, a “right” is something very different. In fact, WE have no “rights” at all, it’s a "HANDOUT" provided to you by our government, all to often "currently" at monetary costs to society. The government that GIVES you your “rights" to ANYTHING, can just as easily deny you that so-called “right”. They can take it away at anytime and we as citizens are shown this daily. The government is ALWAYS CURRENTLY in a position to deny what once was your inalienable “rights". The "current" Left and Right "play" us on issues that are generated and MONEY is the sole motivator! No conspiracy in this. It's a fact. I believe in Gov't and LAW. I can't stress this enough, however, example after example that "Constitutional Rights" within the Bill Of Rights, NO longer CURRENTLY exist, this is where it is EVIDENT under our laws within the States that prove this to be a fact. The SAME representatives from the States are the SAME within the Federal Gov't. "Regulation" of these "rights" like the 2nd Amendment currently being "debated" as to whether or not it is a FUNDEMENTAL "right" to defend oneself with a GUN is the PERFECT example of this. The VERY simple premise is SELF DEFENSE! Whether it be with a bat, stick, knife, etc.,etc... This is where I see the IGNORANCE on the Left AND the Right! I understand the gun makes it "easier" to kill someone, however, if someone has made their mind up to inflict harm, or carry out a crime, that person will most likely succeed. It's control over the citizen! Plain and simple! Money is the "tool" used to "handout" these so-called rights. There is inevitably a way that Gov't needs to capitalize off of legislating your rights. Gun registration, the Brady bill, sales tax, and ammunitions tax within the states, TONS of money is generated, BOTH parties agree on this.(when they can gain, they agree) It's the "norm". If the IRS says you OWE them money, your inalienable and constututional "rights" DO NOT exist! NEITHER the Left OR the Right WILL do anything AT ALL to protect you from this!! Yet BOTH sides CLAIM they FIGHT for your "rights". They NEED your money so much, you go to jail and ALL of your property gets taken in leiu of staying out of jail! NEITHER party protects you from this! So, in essense, THEY ARE BOTH responsible and they BOTH deny it! This was, in my opinion, NOT the intention of the framers. The ironic thing is BOTH parties UNDERFUND and UNDERMAN oversight for wrong doing! This is what needs to be scrutinized by WE THE PEOPLE! Yes, it is a FACT we "have" regulation, CURRENT happenings dictate these "regulations" get IGNORED. Unless of course, some Politician has something to politically gain. The answer is clear and demands NO explanation, it would be a lie anyways! I hope I have conveyed this in a simple way. Understand that I do not believe that things are as "complicated" as we are told them to be. We as people complicate things to justify our exsistance in matters that are ACTUALLY simple. Religion gave us the "SEVEN SINS". In fact, these "sins" are not, in my view, "religious" at all. They are inherent in our genetic make-up as physical beings. So, is the whole world going to Hell?

freedom IS money

I am REALLY NOT attempting to be negative or pesemistic as I write this. This is a view that MOST of us, as Americans think, however, are unable to FREELY speak this in public. We "bleed" money, not blood anymore, for "freedom". Politicians and the "lamestream media" will NOT tell you any of this. They KNOW this.......
OUR federal government is breaking into the "insurance" industry that PROFITS billions of dollars! This is being done in the name of "healthcare". Mandated that everyone buy health insurance or pay a "fine" disgiused as a "tax", Hahahaha! And we are arguing on IGNORANT matters such as "he said, she said." Following these people as if they "care" about whether or not you live or die. again, Hahahahahaha! Really people! Freedom is NOT paid for in blood, it's paid for with money! Insurance companies are going to grow and profit even MORE. the 1st amendment, the 2nd, 4th,5th, 6th,and 8th amendments have all been pretty much legislated away by our states. If you read them, you will find that money is a motivater behind all of these rights being "stripped" away. California is going to put their "foot in the door" on taking the 1st amendment completely away with the IGNORANT proposal of attempting the outlawing of cursing in public. This, again, in the name of "freedom". Think for a simple minute here, we are being taxed heavily on ALL the simple things we NEED to survive as a species, food, water, shelter, and now the air we breath(the carbon tax). Wake up America! Starve the Fed for a little while, quit feeding this inhumane machine! NO MORE TAXES! They feed on this like a drug addict. The oath sworn to the Constitution is a mere formality for these politicians when they take office. They are sold to the highest bidder for thier vote to lobbyist, special intrest groups, insurance companies and BANKS, who happen to OWN all of these entities! Do NOT be fooled by this "healthcare" bill. READ our history. Nothing the Federal Government does is done by accident or with ANYTHING being "overlooked" The States "own" your rights, not the Fed. Research WHERE all of your states income REALLY goes, municipality money especially! DMV tax money, property taxes, sales tax, state income tax, luxury tax.... etc.etc. etc. Ther are WAY to many taxes to acount for..THEY know this!! WE obviously are to busy worrying about ignorant politics and alot of ignorant posturing.... MARK MY WORDS! You are NOT being "kidded" about freedom being free, and it is not being paid for by bloodshed from my brother's and sister's that serve in our uniforms. It's paid for without principle, it's paid for without your well being, it's paid for with money, plain and simple. WE are the MODERN DAY slaves to banks and taxes! Just so you all know, I served in The UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS, I do NOT forsake the men and women currently serving overseas. They should NOT be there. Oil and money has been made by our government to be of more value than their lives! I do believe in Government and the Costitution and Bill of Rights, just NOT the current, unrecognizable so-called United States Government. death and MORE taxes are FOR certain, and to what end is all I ask. Forget the Rhetoric people, we are human beings, greed is apart of our genetic make-up... yet, NOBODY will admit this... shame!

"health-CARE"

I'll go a step further.. WE as American are as free as our pocket books will allow us to be! Does this sound like what the Declaration of Indepenence and the Bill of Rights was DESIGNED to be? Taxes are created nowadays as a mere "slush fund" for the lifestyles of our "leaders" who get treated like and live like ROYALTY! Off of YOUR HARD earned money! The bail-outs=PAYOFF, bonuses awarded knowing that oversight, that is UNDERFUNDED and UNDERMANNED, could not stop these banks from their greed. Which is still continuing by the way, the very same dirivitives and risky loan practices have FACTUALY NOT stopped.(research this!) The Stimulous=PAYOFF, it "CREATED/SAVED" (hahahahahah!) jobs. Big business is the only ones that gain from this. (think about it). A "jobs bill" is next, ANOTHER PAYOFF coming to more "cronies" near you! Job creation is CREATED by small to medium businesses THAT GROW! INNOVATION, etc. etc..... The FACT that The Federal Reserve Bank, that's privately owned by a GROUP of PRIVATE banks get paid "intrest" from us, NOT the government(fact, research this) in the form of "taxes" extorted from you via the IRS. If you don't pay, they TAKE all your belongings AND imprison you( you are FREE from TYRRANY remember) for "tax evasion". Mafia tactics conducted by your Federal Government. Your local government is even more ruthless. The police "fine" you with "citations" for breaking laws that WE the citizen NEVER voted on to enact! WE NEVER have a say when the "increases" in fine amounts occur. WHO does? HMMMM... MISDIRECTION people.. I could go on and on...if you think "healthcare" is an issue, you haven't seen NOTHING yet! Now, California is "debating" whether or not to outlaw if you can curse in public! hahahahaha! MORE money "wasted" in the name of "FREEDOM" HYSTERICAL I SAY!!!!! Hahahahahahaha! "healthcare", only an IDIOT would be and continue to be "bated" by this crap!! WAKE UP!! RESEARCH ALL OF THIS!! do NOT be LAZY!! NO politician has the GUTS to tell you this! They make careers out of this! It's VERY lucrative! They GET, we LOSE!! It's that simple!!

MISDIRECTION

The more I watch, read and hear the "news", I become more and more aware of how greedy and child-like grown adults are. I say this with an OPEN perspective of the absolute "norm" that has enveloped our Government and society. CREATING Crisis for money and power, like a spoiled child demanding satisfaction and sympathy for wrong doing. The Mafia is no longer OPENLY in exsistance, It IS however hidden in the media, BOTH political parties and ESPECIALLY alive and VERY WELL in the Banks!
The VERY simple idea that the needs of the few are outwaying the need of the many. My point is simple, stay with me here.., OUR government is CREATING an issue causing all of us to argue over whether or not we should cover 10%!!!!! of the population with health care. 300 million is our population! 30-31 million are uninsured and/or cant afford it. Like kids in a sandbox!!! Bankrupt the many for a few(in comparison)!! Getting caught up in something that ONLY Special Intrest Groups, Insurance Companies, BANKS and Lobbyists stand to profit off of. (hahaha!)My sarcastic laughter can't be helped, WHY do we allow this?! WE are conditioned to care about this crap! People WAKE UP!! The states ARE the ones that have stripped you of your Constitutional Rights! Not the Fed! The Fed just does not care to enforce it's Constitutional powers on the states! GET IT?? Think of the mafia here for a sec...rank structure is what I'm getting to here. Written Laws have been replaced by "POLICY"! I IMPLORE all of you to quit being LAZY and READ the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution AGAIN. Our states and fed are unrecognizable in comparison to what WAS supposed to be! If you think I'm wrong, check out your states revised statutes! ALL domestic and civil offenses are arrestable with a "Monetary Fine" imposed with it. Municipality money goes ignored by the public, THINK ABOUT IT! Misdirection is an ART perfected by government, i.e., taxes are discussed like it's cool. Your municipality money that gets extorted from you in lieu of your freedom, never get accounted for by the press/media... the Healthcare is another WORD spun from the english language that has ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to do with your healthcare. Remember, MISDIRECTION, who stands to gain? What is the "grease" that makes the world go around?

How FREE are you?

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

Do WE as AMERICAN citizens UNDERSTAND what this meant? HOW have the States systematicaly taken these rights away? Do you believe the Federal Government does it's job in protecting these rights? I realize that these questions are kind of rhetorical. Spin on the english language is the key to these simple and unanswered questions. I say UNANSWERED because, in fact, NO politician, judge, or "public servant" ever talks about these issues openly. We have been told we are "free", yet we are stifled with "POLICY" in leiu of law. Research your states "revised statutes" regarding civil and domestic offenses. You will find that MOST are arrestable offenses, meaning your "freedom" can or will be taken away from you if you do not pay a "fine" of some sort for breaking a frivolous "law" designed to generate municipality money that you really had no say in to begin with. This is SHOCKING! States are NOT soveriegn, they have become "corporations". There are MANY examples of this, post a comment on what you know.
