POLICY??

What is a POLICY? What is a LAW? Rhetorical, I know. Whenever I hear or see people conversing or "whining" about a "GENERATED" issue, or best known today as "NEWS", I get a Feeling of disgust. I can NOT help but feel this way. UN-knowingly, people do not realize that they are VERY much apart of EVERY "generated issue". The more WE THE PEOPLE feed into "generated" issues, the more WE are to blame for not preassurring the right people into RESOLVING the REAL issues: corruption, REAL transparency,informing the masses of laws passed that contradict YOUR constitution...and America's "future" role in the NWO! We are sold out by i-phones,generated issues on who Tiger Woods is bangin, wether or not we should make pot legal...yada yada!! MISDIRECTION!! WAKE UP!! EVERYTIME an issue of magnitude comes up, the GENERATED 'smoking gun' is always there to justify it! Just think of the salesman selling you the car, or the magician that is a master at 'slight of hand'. Enough said??

The Powers that be..

You ever wonder why things are so backwards when it comes to right and wrong in the corporate world? What I mean is essentially this, we are all good people, generally speaking. We know the difference between right and wrong, also, generally speaking. However, when it comes to money, we lose all moral right and wrong, as if the moral compass that guides us is thrown away and we become possessed by one form of greed or another. We as people have been conditioned and programmed to be this way. I say this knowing you the reader understands what I'm reffering to, we do as we are told, instructed, ordered and asked when money is involved. Don't get me wrong, money is nessessary to survive in this world and society that was "created" for us to live in. The ironic thing, and it can be argued, you have NO control as to whether or not you choose to participate in the wrong doing. There is ALWAYS someone in charge of you at work with some corporate policy designed to MAKE you adhear to them or you lose your job. Plain and simple huh? Policy rules again! Laws do not protect you from corporate policies! Our country is now ruled by policies in lieu of law, think about it. Have you tried to buy a part for a car and the part you need is apart of some sort of assembly? You cannot just buy the part you need, you are made to buy the whole assembly at some really unfair price. This type of trickery is becoming more and more common, and it's not just with auto parts my friends. The store selling the assembly will tell you that they HAVE to sell the whole assembly and cannot just sell you the part you need, it's their COMPANY/CORPORATE policy that instructs them to do this! Get the picture? The hilarious part of this example is that we all work for companies and corporations with this mentality in some form or another! So, in essense we are ALL to blame for not speaking up to our bosses and telling them that they are stealing from people, if we do... yes, you know the rest of the story. Just like not telling YOUR government that they are wrong for stealing from you.. yes, we all know the rest of this story as well. Capitalizing is ok, as long as it is not diguised as greed! The funny thing here, is that the whole topic discussed here is exactly how our corporations are ruling our Government. So, I ask you, when is this going to end?? A little food for thought. What happened to doing the REAL right thing? Only the power's that be can change this. Doing the right thing can be just as contageous as doing the wrong thing! Thanks for reading!

There WILL be Blood

Why, is everyone SOOO asleep? WTF happened? All we hear is Party this party that! We have "progressed" exactly according to plan boys and girls! I am currently viewing the Glenn Beck program.. OMG! The ONE question not being ASKED or ANSWERED, WHY is there NO indictment or charges of TREASON taking place by ANY representative against this current administration or of a past administrations? WHY?? The UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION has also progressed and been transformed into something unrecognizable! The LIVING Constitution is what I refer to. MANDATES actually mean FORCE. WE THE PEOPLE will now be forced to PURCHASE an insurance plan, or, be fined and/or jailed if WE do not. DOES anyone NOT realize we are ALL living within POLICE STATES? DO YOU?? We all hear "we NEED a law for this", "we need to do this...", boys and girls, we have "LAWED" ourselves into a submission to beurocrats! It's TO LATE to reverse the DECADES of "change" that these "career criminals" have CREATED all in the name of FREEDOM! WAKE UP!!! Tommorrow is to late, our representatives have moved lightning fast at STEALING your rights for IGNORANT and SELFISH reasons by we the people.. Remember the old saying, "becareful what you wish for, you might get it." It's happened! WHAT are YOU going to do about it?? The FEW have WON!! Political Correctness has WON!! THERE WILL BE BLOOD!! The "cleansing" is coming! A local and federal government RULES you with your own money!! THINK ABOUT IT!!! Do you know why?? Because we haven't listened close enough to the actual TRUTH and the ACTUAL words that these "career criminals" are saying in thier speeches that we cheer! Another old saying goes, "you get what you deserve when you ask for it." For decades we have been asking for it! It's here now.. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? Sheep up!! Go with it!! Boys and girls, WE are NOT all alike, because someone else does not think the way you do, does NOT mean that they will react the same way you handle conflict!! THERE WILL BE BLOOD!!! "Healthcare" by communists has passed, yet it has NOTHING to do with caring for you "in a good way"!! BOTH parties are responsible and greed is the motivator!! Disagree? Go ahead, complicate this as we are "conditioned" to do, what ever you do, do NOT think simpely!!(sarcasm) The SECOND revolution is ahead of ALL the IGNORANT "bunny-huggers" out there that believe guns are bad, freedom of speech is wrong when it doesn't fit your selfishness in HIDING wrong doing, taxes are good, laws are passed for your own good when they strip you of humanity..yada yada..!!! Thinking that immigrant beliefs and ideals should be "molded" into our society and laws, NO I say! Leave how mom and dads socialist immigrant beliefs with them and the counrty they came from! If you were born here and believe in the ORGANIC Constitution, you should be outraged by the States and Federal Government laws that SUCK money out of you for mere profit and imprison you if you don't pay money!! This is TYRRANY!! Money does NOT FIX a moral right or wrong!! Think about it!! The REVOLUTION for the second time in America's history is coming.. like it or not.. hang on tight!! Can you picture your quiet neighborhood on fire with people rioting and fighting a war against our government when they knock at your door and demand your weapons of self defense?? PICTURE IT, it's coming!! THINK ABOUT IT! Look at "what is" as opposed to "what is supposed to be".. READ THE CONSTITUTION and compare the 2!! It's that simple! You will find your answers there!! Mark My Words!! There will be blood....

The "takeover"

Well, it's official, The United States Government wins again! "Healthcare." The hysterical thing to me, these people do not care if you live or die, just merely how much money you can "contribute" to the cause!(LOL) Suprise is a feeling I do not have on this "generated" issue. If you the reader, did feel a little suprised, perhaps an "awakening" is in order. Next comes immigration, then the already proposed gun ban. Not only is America "conditioned" to uphold our "right" to remain silent, but also our "conditioning" of fear to forcefully remove these domestic enemies of THE Constitution that no longer exsists! I say this with complete confidence due to the actions that were NEVER taken when this "takeover" was proposed! Yes, alot of Americans "spoke out" at rallies and the like. However, MOST do not know that you can and will be arrested on "charges" of inciting a riot, disturbing the peace, yada yada. These incidents are used as precendents to continue using force against you to further silence and control of the masses. Think about it!! When, I ask, is enough going to be enough? The "soap opera" that is "played" on the American people in reference to these "generated" issues is AGAIN, "misdirection". The proverbial "foot in the door" is actually inaccurate. Thier Feet are actually in the room! YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS to anything! Your "rights" are a "handout" given to you by a government that was supposed to "protect" your inalienable "rights"! YOU ARE a SLAVE for taxes, fines and profit EXTORTED from you! FORGET the "complexities" and rhetoric spewing from these "career criminals". The "dog and pony" show will continue, for one to believe that the Republicans and the Democrats are different is absurd! WAKE UP! Both parties "pit" us as citizen's against eachother to make us believe we have a "choice" on "generated issues" that both parties create to profit from you and CONTROL YOU! REMEMBER "good cop, bad cop"? THEY ARE BOTH COPS! With one agenda in mind, to get you to conform..THINK ABOUT IT!! This was NOT the intention of the Framers, nor was "control" over the citizen the objective, remember? This was the VERY reason the Declaration of Independence was written and signed! Where can a FREE citizen escape all of this control? You can't, and the Local and Federal Government knows this. Ruby Ridge and Waco are prime examples of people who wanted to live outside of intervention from the local and federal government, these people possessed weapons that the ATF, FBI and other law ennforcement agencies FELT should NOT be possessed by FREE people. (K.I.S.S., keep it simple stupid.) Again one MUST disreguard the "one-sided" story by these agencies that KILLED the people of Ruby Ridge and Waco. If one TRULY has an open mind, then one would agree that the Constitution protected thier "rights" to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and property! SPIN was used to "demonize" these victims to justify their murders. All one must do is "define" self defense and place yourself in a scenario where your home was raided. You are suprised, you go for your weapon to defend yourself, you are shot and killed. The only one that had a right to self defense was the cop kickin in your door! Does this make sense?? Keep in mind, you have the "right" to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness and property, RIGHT? The "takeover" will be complete when the knock on the front door happens and you are forced to give up your right to self defense, yes, that's right, YOUR GUNS are next... MARK MY WORDS, this IS right around the corner!! One "right" will NEVER be stripped from you, the very right that is displayed daily by the majority, yup, you guessed it, your right to remain silent. Again, I DO believe in The ORGANIC Constitution and Government, I just don't have a "label" to describe what is in current power. This did NOT JUST happen with Obama, he's just carrying out his part of the "plan". It's a "takeover" of your INALIENABLE "rights", pure and simple. THIS is just the beginning of what is going to continue!! Thanks for reading.

Progressives

When most of us hear the term "progressive", what comes to mind? Most would probably agree, that the term or word would have a POSITIVE meaning. When it is used in the political specrtum, the term is, at least in my view, scary. I say this due to the fact that when one looks back at our history in the last 70-80 years, alot of the worlds issues/problems have come from this movement. If you, the reader, do not understand who, what, when, where and why, I suggest one should READ history. The very people that have CLAIMED to be progressive, have IN FACT "degressed" rights on human beings. This holds especially true here in the United States. Most people that I have had conversations with, whether they were Democrat , Republican, Libertarian etc., agree on the simple premise that our Constitutional Rights have all but disappeared. Mind you, these people are not politicians that I have spoken to. They are everyday citizens that usually get their information from the "lamestream" SPUN media. Democrats and Republicans alike, have essentially "adopted" the progressive ideals, to understand what I'm conveying to you, just take a peak at what your current "rights" REALLY stand for. I have written on this subject already entitled "Rights". There is no doubt or debate that we as human beings are "progressing", I just feel it is important to understand the difference between "progressing" and the "progressive" movement. They are COMPLETELY different and the hysterical idea that this "movement" is spun and sold to us as being "good", or "positive" is simply FALSE. Read history, you will SEE exactly who the "progressives" are in their quotes and the agendas proposed and the agendas that were executed! Remember, people like Hitler, who also claimed the term "progressive", was not a "good" person, with a positive agenda. For him, it probably was, probably because he himself believed it(sarcasm). The FOUNDING father's of the Federal Reserve Bank and authors of the 16th and 17th Amendments were...that's right, "Progressives"! My point, in closing, if you are going to "label" yourself a Democrat, Republican, Libertarian etc., It would probably be a good idea to research what the CURRENT fundementals are as opposed to what the FOUNDING fundementals were of that particular "label", they are different. Especially when you look at the 2 biggest political parties. Remember, "what is supposed to be" VS. "what is" are completely different. FREE your mind and your ass will FOLLOW!! :)

What do we do?

I have recieved emails from people that are concerned about the "state of our union." The biggest question is , what do we do? I think, we as citizens need to recognize that indiviual acts of violence and "marches" have done NO good to get the attention of our representatives. Second, the "art" of spin in the media seems to always silence those who have a legitimate arguement and/or evidence of wrong doing, i.e., you will hear a little "blurb" or nothing at all. The old saying, "knowledge is power" is key here. I say this in a rhetorical sense. The once free press/media is stifled with policy and control from regulators and owners. The more citizens come up with non-violent ways to get our voices heard, the more entrenched our laws against our citizens become. Think about it, Believe it or not, our "law makers" have actually created "free speech zones" at rallies and public meeting places. I'll wager MOST people do not know this. You are free to speak as long as you do it in a designated area away from your public officials and representatives. Hysterical huh? The question of "what do we do" poses an interesting new question in my mind. ARE people so used to getting things done for them that they do not understand what needs to be done with THEIR personal involvement? In essense, my point is simple, I'll use simple logic, remember the truth is painful sometimes. How MANY people will gather their freinds and family members, leave their homes and jobs, STOP paying taxes, stop paying the banks, the municipality fines and taxes etc., etc. and create a "snowball effect" of the same? Of course NOT!! People are sooo AFRAID of arrests, a sense of normality taken, and most of all, INVOLEMENT! It's just easier to ask someone else to "take care" of their end of the business at hand! How many people do you know that would contribute? I'll wager that most will "belittle" you out of fear with rhetoric like, "that's crazy!", "we can't do that.", and of course religious beliefs(as an excuse)come into play etc. etc... Yet these would be the VERY SAME people that sit around and bitch about why things are so messed up!! Hypocracy in action!! So, in closing, the answer is simple. WE ALL KNOW THE ANSWER, we as individuals are afraid of being looked at as RADICAL even if you whole-heartedly believe in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and law! REMEMBER, you are "CONDITIONED" to follow or be persecuted if you try to LEAD! So, let me ask you, WHAT DO WE DO?? Again, I never claim to have all the answers, I do however believe in simple logic. The "Commercials"

Is it suprising to see more and more commercials advertising Gold? If you have not seen or paid attention to these commercials, START paying attention. There is also another commercial that is advertising the buying of seeds, yes.. seeds,they are gardening seeds for planting food gardens IMPLYING there will be food shortages. Mind you, I'm not the one advertising these commercials! You may be wondering WTF I'm getting to here. "Conditioning" and "acclimating" an idea that might appear at first, outrageous, or fearful in it's nature helps to instill the "norm" in our everyday lives. I'm SOOO not a conspiracy theorist, a thinker maybe, but none the less I am not going to go there. The reason I bring this up, is because we are all looking at hyperinflation with the almighty and almost worthless dollar. Gold can be traded, as it traditionally has been done in the past. Think about it! Gold and food are commodities that hold way more value than money. THINK ABOUT IT. FDR once said "Government never does anything by accident." Our culture has become dependant on the TV and other media for our information. The TV however is also a "tool" that is used for "conditioning", like it or not, agree or not, this is a fact. (Makes you feel like a lab rat huh!) Well, back to the gold and food seeds, start paying attention. The more we see these types of commercials that are urging you to invest in these commodities, the more we will mentally except the idea that we as people are going to need different commodities to survive SOON. The money we have is a "false" sense of security, you can't eat it or drink it, paper with numbers on it that is NOT fully backed by the gold it was supposed to represent. The people of our generation have no idea what the "great depression" was like, just a little food for thought.

Career Criminals

The more I surf the web looking for news and political articles, I notice a growing trend. It's becoming more and more the "norm" for our intellectual citizens to cite statements like,"come november...", "we'll vote them out come election time...", "we ONLY have to put up with this another 2 years..". I think you get the picture. The trend is becoming more apparent. I am becoming more concerned with the lack of "common sense" within these statements. I do believe it is important to advise you that I do not possess the answer to "fix" the machine that drives these criminals. It would be unfair and egotistical to claim that I do. The "damage" inflicted in the amounts of time given our representatives seems to be accomplished "lightning-quick". They may, or may not get "voted" out of office, however, by then, it's simply to late. (You &) I find our representatives touting the same rhetoric of "change", "the peoples rep.", you know, the usual verbal diharrea that spews out of their mouths. Election time always brings the best of the best from these Career Criminals. The very issue that gets overlooked however is their own exposure of their corruptive practices. All one has to do is "pay attention" to the campaign ads! They get dirtier and dirtier EVERY year. Another issue overlooked, how in THE fuck do these people keep getting "elected"? We hear that some of these people have been in the political spotlight for 20, 30 and some 40+ years! Here is where the problem lies! Yet, you and I NEVER hear any responsibility from any of these dirtbags for the progression of our sinking country! WE do hear however, and have become numb to, the "he said, she said", the finger pointing, the tax evasion stories, the payoffs by lobbyists, unions, banks, the BACKROOM DEALS, etc., etc., like an epic mafia movie! Resigning thier posts of office in lieu of exposure for their crimes, the sex scandals, and the blatant in-your-face lies! Is this why the world envies, or hates us as Americans?? We the People should act with the same bold swiftness to impeach, indict and imprison these "public servants." Yet, they have become the "untouchables", WTF happened here? AAH, I now understand the words "law maker" now. I use the term "words" in lieu of "title" due to my opinion that these people no longer deserve titles of honor. These words have replaced titles like,"public official", "public servant", and the MOST important term that used to mean something, "REPRESENTATIVE of the people". I say they are just "CAREER CRIMINALS", plain and very SIMPLE. It's walking, quacking and looking like a duck, must be a politician dressed up like a duck!!

My Blog Posts

I realize if you have read my posts, they seem to be repetative. That's because, in essense, they are. The reason for this, as I usually state, simplicity. The "misdirection" fed to us in the form of "generated" issues or "crisis" always revolve around... can you guess? That's right, MONEY. These issues always have a "price tag" attached to them. Why, you may or may not ask? Well, this is the very notion of why I started my blog. We are conditioned to the idea that government needs money to solve right and wrong. They "disguise" this with cites of "your best interest at heart", "freedom" and the more recent joke of english language-spin, "healthcare". It's very expensive to forcefully assert themselves into our lives you know.. so, in moving forward, being repetative has essentially conditioned/brainwashed us into these messes. The way out is to be repetative in the form of realizing the MESSAGE that most, if not all, of these issues revolve around their power, our "tax dollars".

"RIGHTS"

REFER to the 14th Amendment and it's Ratification, The 1954 national security Act and it's Ratification, The USA P.A.T.R.I.O.T. ACT and THEN,lets talk about the word "right". A “right,” in the traditional American meaning, laid out by the likes of Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and the other framers is something that exists by virtue of our humanity. "Rights" that are “inalienable” is what I refer to, and we are endowed with these "rights" by our creator. NO government or institution has the power to take away these rights, as defined by the Declaration of Independence. You exist, therefore these "rights" exist. In the CURRENT Government sense of the word, though, a “right” is something very different. In fact, WE have no “rights” at all, it’s a "HANDOUT" provided to you by our government, all to often "currently" at monetary costs to society. The government that GIVES you your “rights" to ANYTHING, can just as easily deny you that so-called “right”. They can take it away at anytime and we as citizens are shown this daily. The government is ALWAYS CURRENTLY in a position to deny what once was your inalienable “rights". The "current" Left and Right "play" us on issues that are generated and MONEY is the sole motivator! No conspiracy in this. It's a fact. I believe in Gov't and LAW. I can't stress this enough, however, example after example that "Constitutional Rights" within the Bill Of Rights, NO longer CURRENTLY exist, this is where it is EVIDENT under our laws within the States that prove this to be a fact. The SAME representatives from the States are the SAME within the Federal Gov't. "Regulation" of these "rights" like the 2nd Amendment currently being "debated" as to whether or not it is a FUNDEMENTAL "right" to defend oneself with a GUN is the PERFECT example of this. The VERY simple premise is SELF DEFENSE! Whether it be with a bat, stick, knife, etc.,etc... This is where I see the IGNORANCE on the Left AND the Right! I understand the gun makes it "easier" to kill someone, however, if someone has made their mind up to inflict harm, or carry out a crime, that person will most likely succeed. It's control over the citizen! Plain and simple! Money is the "tool" used to "handout" these so-called rights. There is inevitably a way that Gov't needs to capitalize off of legislating your rights. Gun registration, the Brady bill, sales tax, and ammunitions tax within the states, TONS of money is generated, BOTH parties agree on this.(when they can gain, they agree) It's the "norm". If the IRS says you OWE them money, your inalienable and constututional "rights" DO NOT exist! NEITHER the Left OR the Right WILL do anything AT ALL to protect you from this!! Yet BOTH sides CLAIM they FIGHT for your "rights". They NEED your money so much, you go to jail and ALL of your property gets taken in leiu of staying out of jail! NEITHER party protects you from this! So, in essense, THEY ARE BOTH responsible and they BOTH deny it! This was, in my opinion, NOT the intention of the framers. The ironic thing is BOTH parties UNDERFUND and UNDERMAN oversight for wrong doing! This is what needs to be scrutinized by WE THE PEOPLE! Yes, it is a FACT we "have" regulation, CURRENT happenings dictate these "regulations" get IGNORED. Unless of course, some Politician has something to politically gain. The answer is clear and demands NO explanation, it would be a lie anyways! I hope I have conveyed this in a simple way. Understand that I do not believe that things are as "complicated" as we are told them to be. We as people complicate things to justify our exsistance in matters that are ACTUALLY simple. Religion gave us the "SEVEN SINS". In fact, these "sins" are not, in my view, "religious" at all. They are inherent in our genetic make-up as physical beings. So, is the whole world going to Hell?

freedom IS money

I am REALLY NOT attempting to be negative or pesemistic as I write this. This is a view that MOST of us, as Americans think, however, are unable to FREELY speak this in public. We "bleed" money, not blood anymore, for "freedom". Politicians and the "lamestream media" will NOT tell you any of this. They KNOW this.......
OUR federal government is breaking into the "insurance" industry that PROFITS billions of dollars! This is being done in the name of "healthcare". Mandated that everyone buy health insurance or pay a "fine" disgiused as a "tax", Hahahaha! And we are arguing on IGNORANT matters such as "he said, she said." Following these people as if they "care" about whether or not you live or die. again, Hahahahahaha! Really people! Freedom is NOT paid for in blood, it's paid for with money! Insurance companies are going to grow and profit even MORE. the 1st amendment, the 2nd, 4th,5th, 6th,and 8th amendments have all been pretty much legislated away by our states. If you read them, you will find that money is a motivater behind all of these rights being "stripped" away. California is going to put their "foot in the door" on taking the 1st amendment completely away with the IGNORANT proposal of attempting the outlawing of cursing in public. This, again, in the name of "freedom". Think for a simple minute here, we are being taxed heavily on ALL the simple things we NEED to survive as a species, food, water, shelter, and now the air we breath(the carbon tax). Wake up America! Starve the Fed for a little while, quit feeding this inhumane machine! NO MORE TAXES! They feed on this like a drug addict. The oath sworn to the Constitution is a mere formality for these politicians when they take office. They are sold to the highest bidder for thier vote to lobbyist, special intrest groups, insurance companies and BANKS, who happen to OWN all of these entities! Do NOT be fooled by this "healthcare" bill. READ our history. Nothing the Federal Government does is done by accident or with ANYTHING being "overlooked" The States "own" your rights, not the Fed. Research WHERE all of your states income REALLY goes, municipality money especially! DMV tax money, property taxes, sales tax, state income tax, luxury tax.... etc.etc. etc. Ther are WAY to many taxes to acount for..THEY know this!! WE obviously are to busy worrying about ignorant politics and alot of ignorant posturing.... MARK MY WORDS! You are NOT being "kidded" about freedom being free, and it is not being paid for by bloodshed from my brother's and sister's that serve in our uniforms. It's paid for without principle, it's paid for without your well being, it's paid for with money, plain and simple. WE are the MODERN DAY slaves to banks and taxes! Just so you all know, I served in The UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS, I do NOT forsake the men and women currently serving overseas. They should NOT be there. Oil and money has been made by our government to be of more value than their lives! I'll go a step further.. WE as American are as free as our pocket books will allow us to be! Does this sound like what the Declaration of Indepenence and the Bill of Rights was DESIGNED to be? Taxes are created nowadays as a mere "slush fund" for the lifestyles of our "leaders" who get treated like and live like ROYALTY! Off of YOUR HARD earned money! The bail-outs=PAYOFF, bonuses awarded knowing that oversight, that is UNDERFUNDED and UNDERMANNED, could not stop these banks from their greed. Which is still continuing by the way, the very same dirivitives and risky loan practices have FACTUALY NOT stopped.(research this!) The Stimulous=PAYOFF, it "CREATED/SAVED" (hahahahahah!) jobs. Big business is the only ones that gain from this. (think about it). A "jobs bill" is next, ANOTHER PAYOFF coming to more "cronies" near you! Job creation is CREATED by small to medium businesses THAT GROW! INNOVATION, etc. etc..... The FACT that The Federal Reserve Bank, that's privately owned by a GROUP of PRIVATE banks get paid "intrest" from us, NOT the government(fact, research this) in the form of "taxes" extorted from you via the IRS. If you don't pay, they TAKE all your belongings AND imprison you( you are FREE from TYRRANY remember) for "tax evasion". Mafia tactics conducted by your Federal Government. Your local government is even more ruthless. The police "fine" you with "citations" for breaking laws that WE the citizen NEVER voted on to enact! WE NEVER have a say when the "increases" in fine amounts occur. WHO does? HMMMM... MISDIRECTION people.. I could go on and on...if you think "healthcare" is an issue, you haven't seen NOTHING yet! Now, California is "debating" whether or not to outlaw if you can curse in public! hahahahaha! MORE money "wasted" in the name of "FREEDOM" HYSTERICAL I SAY!!!!! Hahahahahahaha! The more I watch, read and hear the "news", I become more and more aware of how greedy and child-like grown adults are. I say this with an OPEN perspective of the absolute "norm" that has enveloped our Government and society. CREATING Crisis for money and power, like a spoiled child demanding satisfaction and sympathy for wrong doing. The Mafia is no longer OPENLY in exsistance, It IS however hidden in the media, BOTH political parties and ESPECIALLY alive and VERY WELL in the Banks!
The VERY simple idea that the needs of the few are outwaying the need of the many. My point is simple, stay with me here.., OUR government is CREATING an issue causing all of us to argue over whether or not we should cover 10%!!!!! of the population with health care. 300 million is our population! 30-31 million are uninsured and/or cant afford it. Like kids in a sandbox!!! Bankrupt the many for a few(in comparison)!! Getting caught up in something that ONLY Special Intrest Groups, Insurance Companies, BANKS and Lobbyists stand to profit off of. (hahaha!)My sarcastic laughter can't be helped, WHY do we allow this?! WE are conditioned to care about this crap! People WAKE UP!! The states ARE the ones that have stripped you of your Constitutional Rights! Not the Fed! The Fed just does not care to enforce it's Constitutional powers on the states! GET IT?? Think of the mafia here for a sec...rank structure is what I'm getting to here. Written Laws have been replaced by "POLICY"! I IMPLORE all of you to quit being LAZY and READ the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution AGAIN. Our states and fed are unrecognizable in comparison to what WAS supposed to be! If you think I'm wrong, check out your states revised statutes! ALL domestic and civil offenses are arrestable with a "Monetary Fine" imposed with it. Municipality money goes ignored by the public, THINK ABOUT IT! Misdirection is an ART perfected by government, i.e., taxes are discussed like it's cool. Your municipality money that gets extorted from you in lieu of your freedom, never get accounted for by the press/media... the Healthcare is another WORD spun from the english language that has ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to do with your healthcare. Remember, MISDIRECTION, who stands to gain? What is the "grease" that makes the world go around?

How FREE are you?

Do WE as AMERICAN citizens UNDERSTAND what this meant? HOW have the States systematicaly taken these rights away? Do you believe the Federal Government does it's job in protecting these rights? I realize that these questions are kind of rhetorical. Spin on the english language is the key to these simple and unanswered questions. I say UNANSWERED because, in fact, NO politician, judge, or "public servant" ever talks about these issues openly. We have been told we are "free", yet we are stifled with "POLICY" in leiu of law. Research your states "revised statutes" regarding civil and domestic offenses. You will find that MOST are arrestable offenses, meaning your "freedom" can or will be taken away from you if you do not pay a "fine" of some sort for breaking a frivolous "law" designed to generate municipality money that you really had no say in to begin with. This is SHOCKING! States are NOT soveriegn, they have become "corporations". There are MANY examples of this, post a comment on what you know.
